A hub of local community – The Moama Bowling Club was devastated with a severe fire in 2008. The damage spread throughout the property causing not only fire damage, but excessive smoke and water damage. The club required immediate reconstruction which competitors estimated 12 months to rebuild; Johns Lyng completed and addressed all areas of the $17 million job above and beyond the expectations to ensure completion inside 15 weeks.

The Commercial Builders team approached the Moama Bowls Club with exceptional project management, working to deadlines and always aiming to succeed above expectation. The 160 employees and 14,000 members were always in the best interest to make sure the major player in the region’s sports and tourism industry be restored and functional as quickly as possible.
