Lynden Aged Care
Client: Lynden Aged Care
Architect: Blair Architects
The Lynden Aged Care project presented a significant logistical challenge given it had an overall level differential (fall) of 5 metres from the front to the rear of the site. As such, the building had to be constructed from the rear of the site and subsequently the lowest point and progressively built ‘up and back’ to ensure access to rear of the site was not affected and we would not be built out.
Completed in 14 months. The project was completed without the use of a tower crane saving the client a significant amount of money.
