Holm Park Netball Pavilion

Client: Cardinia Shire Council
Architect: K20 architecture
Value: $750K

A 200m netball pavilion, adjacent to existing netball courts, at Holm Park Recreation Reserve in Beaconsfield, funded in part by Sport and Recreation Victoria.

It features change rooms for players and umpires, a canteen, public amenities, storage space and social and office space.

The construction design is based on concrete footings and slab, steel framed structure and metal spandek roof sheeting. The external facade is mostly brick veneer wall.

“This pavilion will allow Beaconsfield Netball Club to expand and offer more to their members and supporters. Council hopes these new facilities will not only benefit players, but also be enjoyed by family members and friends who come to watch the games.”
