Yarra Ranges Council – September Update

Check out our latest update on the $28M Yarra Ranges Council Civic Centre Redevelopment!

Recent external works completed include the sky light and solar panel installation on the roof. The past month has also seen the commencement of window installation across all elevations.

Internally, we are seeing amazing progress with door frames, timber ceilings, waterproofing and plasterworks underway on all levels.

We are also proud to announce the Acknowledgement of Country precast wall has been set on site, paying respect to the traditional owners of this land.

Silcock Reserve Pavilion Handover

Johns Lyng Commercial Builders are proud to announce the successful handover of this $3M re-development of the Silcock Reserve Pavilion mixed used Football and Dog Club.

This fantastic project involved retaining part of the existing building and upgraded facilities that included, changerooms, main hall, social space, commercial kitchen, servery, kiosk and amenities.

The unique covered spectator area looks out onto the sports ovals and peers through architecturally designed precast columns and beams.


Yarra Ranges Civic Centre – May Update

Check out our latest update on the $26M Yarra Ranges Council Civic Centre Redevelopment.

So far in 2021, we have seen the suspended concrete slabs poured on Level 1 and structural steel installed to the new building. Roof works over the existing building and feature precast panels to the North, East and West sides of the new building are also in progress.

Internal works to be commenced over the coming weeks. Watch this space for further updates!
